Nexus Trainer Pencils Purple 0.7mm – Pack of 100

Triangular mechanical pencil with 0.7mm diameter lead. Designed to help pupils reduce the pressure they excerpt onto the page.

Use this wider 0.7mm lead before the thinner 0.5mm lead.

The shape promotes an effective dynamic tripod grasp. The soft B lead encourages children to press lightly, which develops handwriting speed. Press too hard the lead will break helping to reduce pressure. Once a child has mastered writing with the 0.7mm lead diameter, they are ready to progress onto the finer 0.5mm diameter lead.
